Added code that should prevent the maintainer successfully approving a removal request by one GitHub user for another GitHub user's entry.

Without a second account, I can't pentest against my own entry, only verify it'll still remove me via script if I request it LOL

Added concomitant protection against the GitHub user having their BTC address updated by another GitHub user if the maintainer accidentally approves. Another thing I can't pentest against my own entry with only one GH account.
