Three days later, the FBI arrested him.
On September 20, Epic Games urgently reported the comments made by the account “WagesOfNinja” and provided audio recordings to investigators.
The account was subsequently linked to Edward Lee Frith, 29, of Alabama.
Frith also reportedly spoke of wanting to “kill someone,” claimed to think about it daily, and mentioned killing a police officer if he were arrested.
He was arrested on September 23 and pleaded not guilty.
