For my personal yoga practice the absolute biggest inspiration is Ty Landrum. He embodies modern yoga 100%. Gentle, yet strong and fully integrated into the ancient philosophy.

Don't get discouraged by his demo videos, they are INSANE 😄 But he also offers challenging, but very manageable online & offline courses. I feel like reborn after a one-hour session. Highly recommend!
