We went down to -170Β°. It's quite okay actually. Air has way less of an immediate effect on the body than water has, that's why you can go so low. So, cryotherapy is more accepted by e.g. elderly people for it's therapeutic effect. You stay dry, it's quick etc. The Wim Hot method has much more of a transformational effect for your life.

I'm currently convincing him to visit trade shows and exhibitions for his preferred industry. It seems to me that online job applications are like online dating. It might get you a quickie on occasion, but mostly futile for the long term πŸ˜‚

Haha, that's a good way of seeing it.

I'd also love to see if we'll be able to make that necessary shift in consciousness collectively. But I don't really wanna find out what level of pain it requires for us to get there.

Yeah, these technological moves are exciting! Just, I find myself having increasingly less time to explore it thoroughly, because there's this nagging thing of having a living to earn πŸ˜‰
