Is it just me or is it generally annoying and complicated to watch movies these days? I don't watch movies a lot. But when I want to see a specific one, I often just give up after half an hour of searching for a way to stream it.

Apple TV, Amazon, Disney, Netflix + whatever national and regional offsprings there are. Okay, no longer available here, perhaps there. Once I'm lucky enough to have found the movie on a service, I'm not gonna subscribe just for that. Okay, maybe I can rent it somewhere.. So, I want to pay ... aaaand, not available in your region? Okay, why would that be? Let me see. VPN turned on ... aaaand, it doesn't let me open an account with a VPN turned on. Maybe there's a VPN that hides that it's a VPN ...

Latest at this point I go: "Screw it! No movie necessary."

Not that I lenjoy the idea of streaming music too much either, but at least I immediately find what I'm looking for. So how come so complicated with movies? National jurisdictions and global internet are like oil and water. How much longer we gotta play this :D ??

Colibri Spirit 2026 brought up an even deeper gratitude for the power of coming together. For providing that space to heal deep old unconscious wounds, to live a different life than what we are presented with as the inevitable norm.

It is spaces like these where it becomes vividly apparent that it's totally up to us to live joy and love. We have the power to be ourselves, to shine our light. We have that freedom, we form society. It is here where we can more openly dare to explore our immense human possibility and to look at our fears and blockages together.

You know, all that cheesy stuff. About which nothing is cheesy at all! It works if we dare.

I had the pleasure of a second unboxing of my Daylight Computer today 😁 The original one had a "chrystal leak" issue, where the screen would turn black pixel by pixel from one of the corners, like a spreading ink patch.

I got in touch with the @daylightco team and they immediately offered a return within the 1-year warranty. From my side, sending it back from Greece became a little ordeal. But it worked out eventually. And the team even reimbursed the extra expenses that came with it. Everything in BTC!!

Now I'm holding a fresh new piece in my hands. I love the attention to detail, the intention, the texture. During the month it was gone I missed:
- reading e-books before sleep
- taking handwritten digital notes
- working in full sunlight
- a screen that doesn't subconsciously stress me out.

Big thanks to Daylight for that smooth process and guiding us into an era where tech becomes more "natural" 🙏🏼
