Minibits seems to work though I'm not always sure when there are errors whose end it's on.

Yakihonne, because you can sign up with no email address (just create a Nostr key) and get a custodial wallet via their Alby Hub with a downloadable backup file.

Rizful, but Breez will soon put it in their Spark SDK and then it will also be "self-custody", more or less.
