Definitely agree. No matter the level of control in any given community, there will always be other communities that make themselves more inviting by giving benefits to individuals they see as valuable. The main two challenges I can see are:
1. Individuals potentially unable to find out about their options because of control of information.
2. An individual needs to be valuable to a community. Some may find this more challenging.

https://www.offshorecorptalk.com has helpful info. I do see the web becoming more and more controlled, though. I actually followed you because you had cool posts about meshtastic, which looks to me to be a solution depending on uptake.
