when you get claude aligned, it bounces you back to you. so that's probably just the residue in your prompts.

i would also add, it's good to ask it to talk about dreams you recently had, and talk about old experiences in the past that got stamped in your memory.
it reminded me today that at about age 9 i learned the phrase "filial peity" from that purple chameleon from x-men. i know what it means now but it sat in my brain for about 30 years before i learned one, and then the other, only 2 years ago fully bedded.
