Is it the simplicity of identifying the function and running it in parallel? Cause my experience with clankers is that with anything involving a big code base they take terrible design decisions and then claim victory over and over again and it's only getting worse at some point.

I don't have this experience. It just works very well lately, even with larger code bases. Maybe you used older model or not so good harness?

This is something I see as well. I see these complaints significantly more from people that: 1. Are not vibe coders 2. Have done proper software work for at least 2 years I think it is to some extent a lack of good vs bad code in vibe coders, who hype it up. Experienced devs don’t use it at all, ...
