I love Jitsi, as a self-hosted video conferencing service. I have run it for years.
But... I use it for perhaps a couple of hours every few weeks.
It runs on a relatively low powered box, but still,...
@nprofile1q... 🤔 What about only switching it off for periods when you're not planning on using it? Or does it not respond well to not being on all the time?
I'm contemplating a self-hosted option for use a couple of times a month for scheduled group video calls &, like you, I don't want something to be running 24/7 if I only use it a small fraction of that time.
