The USA is demanding full access to EU nation-state police databases, including biometric and personal data, in exchange for the visa-free waiver. The databases include information on citizens and third-party nationals who have never been convicted of committing any crime. They already demand full access to all social media accounts, for the waiver, as well as mobile phone or laptop data, on site.

If they've never committed a crime they shouldn't be in a database anyways. Arguably there shouldn't be one at all
