BTC alone would work too, but then the system is able to shutdown funds, if not coinjoined properly.
I think its a good thing he is using it and although I´m BTC Maxi, I have to acknowledge that XMR has a raison d'être, BECAUSE of Fiat.
And I absolutely don´t care about his ideology or motives 😊
