Bitkey’s inheritance protocol is actually really elegant. I am a huge fan of seed words and it should always been something available to people, but the bitkey device and, in particular, how it handles inheritance is really fucking cool.

Inheritance shouldn't be device or company dependent. The technique is good: a 2-of-3 multisig with a key in escrow - but you can do that with seeds. Block is monetizing the lack of a proper solution rather than solving the real problem.

Sell out! You sponsored now? 😉 Srsly tho - agreed, some significant thought has gone into the inheritance piece. A massive gap in probably more than 90% people’s bitcoin plan! I just wish bitkey had a screen, or wasn’t such an awkward shape. But the framework is truly elegant.
