Had a great talk with @Desert Dave yesterday. He helped me realize true security in bitcoin is derived from using it as a medium of exchange instead of hoarding it in the hopes the value goes to some dollar amount one day. If you have frequent economic interactions with your friends and neighbors, your physical needs will be met, and your community will be very self-sufficient as a whole. So you don’t need millions of dollars to retire one day, since your interactions with your family and community will take care of you. This is the economy we will try to build in Cochise County, AZ!
