We think we need external cues like romantic partners or money to feel good and be happy. The truth is that love and good feelings are accessible any time, and we can produce them at will regardless of external circumstances. This is the truth the physical world doesn't want us to realize, that we don't need it to feel good. Those feelings come from the spiritual realm #morningMeditation
