my reading of this article tells me that at this point, everyone on social media connected to the controlled feed from american owned social media, and the feedback loop through LLM training material has escalated to a point now where practically nothing can actually be trusted at all. for all we know, it's a potemkin war entirely at this point. the primary target is controlling the elections in the usa but that is now going to spiral out of control to a total information poisoning across the whole world.

the need for an alternative to LLMs couldn't be more clear at this point. the enemy now has a million Winston's at the Ministry of Truth regurgitating and iterating everything at such a frenetic pace there is no point in even hardly looking anymore. and it's not going to stop at he boundary of X or facebook. nostr needs an immune system too.
