I suspected it maybe a year ago. I'm not on twitter that much, but still check in, and couldn't believe the bait he was posting. Then yesterday I saw Pledditor post related to those handful of accounts that are now banned, and related to that he mentioned a conversation he had with Sapiens in which Sapiens seemed to know a lot about Rizzo looking to hire someone to "manage his account." So that was all the proof I needed to seal the deal on the conclusion. You'd think an "OG" wouldn't need to prostitute their name for a few dollars...
