Well something very very special has been moving in my world here in Colombia. I am really good friends with an Indigenous brother, Arhuaco tribe, whose in laws specialise in making panela (raw sugar, real sugar, the good stuff, not the white crack stuff ) - and it is a dream to bring this to market very very soon. I went to help them about a month ago and did the whole process, wow… serious PoW! 24 hours none stop work from cutting the sugar cane to final blocks of panela. 24 hours - 24 blocks of gold!
