I'm leaning more towards A. Having the coffee bar that close to the entrance could become too cramped if you have a lot of customers.

Depends on what you’re going for. If location is a busy around town then option B. If it’s in slow sleepy area then A.

Option A seems more “cozy”.

Option B gets people to the product first and then they can sequester off. I don't need uncaffeinated people walking past me while I'm enjoy the dark drink. Joking aside, my instinct is B
