Got my #SquatPushRepeat done for day 08. Broke them up throughout the day in sets of 10/5. Ain't gonna lie - it felt like cheating and I hardly broke a sweat. Knocking them out in one go is the only way. Anyone else try spreading them out over the day - if so, thoughts?

I like to do both. When I spread a workout through a day, I like to go to failure on each set. On a challege where you are going every day, sometimes a good 'rest day' like this is good

yeah, breaking them up in tiny sets throughout the day does feel much too easy. i like to break them up in larger sets throughout the day on non-workout days, or even make a mini-workout out of them. bonus points if the little one joins in ^.^
