I was thinking on this phrase: "the single best advice you can give friends interested in bitcoin is to download a nostr app so they can feel it first hand".

I think it's freaking wrong. But also I cannot believe what the Bitcoin scene as turned into, so what do I know... I just don't understand anything by now.

I tried to argue in favor of the broader "Show, don't tell" argument and not that specific advice. However, it's a good way to show a practical and quick use that many people can understand right away.
