Actually, there is more, the main author of Willow invented set reconciliation algorithm, which I then explained to the author of Strfry relay, which he then implemented as Negentropy which is a set reconciliation algorithm for Nostr events that Damus uses to do set reconciliation with other relays.

So in a sense, Nostr already implemented some of Willow protocols :).

I think the genius of Willow is that it starts from communities already, literally the whole protocol revolves around a shared space with access control, and an implicit relay. It is hard to argue against this or insist that you still need identity system or database per user in that scenario. Ma...
