Why are bitcoiners so toxic about monero? I get being toxic about shitcoin scams but don't ever get the impression monero community is anything other than people who value privacy. Why so dogmatic?

I wonder the same thing. I think the people who bash Monero just don't understand what it is and They are the people who have been told that it's Bitcoin or nothing and Monero falls in that nothing category
