Have people stopped to question this phenomenon of "money laundering"?

It's a term used to coerce us into compliance.

The term "money launderers" makes us think of international drug barons, funneling their money through crypto exchanges.

1): We. Don't. Care. It's not worth all of us little people giving up our privacy in order to stop these enigmatic boogeymen.

2): The international drug-smugglers are not what the regime is really chasing...

Rather, they want to make sure us little people pay every penny of tax the regime thinks it deserves. That's where the biggest money is, not seizing El Chapo's accounts.

So Bob the plumber who doesn't declare his job paid in BTC is a "money launderer" with the same label as international terrorists.

Erm, no. I see language manipulation at play here.

Shame on crypto exchanges for cooperating with AML regs, and attacking the privacy of the little people. It's not what crypto is supposed to be.

Yeah lol money laundering is not a crime, not by any moral or natural law. Tax evasion? Definitely a crime. Using money for crime? Well yeah you're committing a crime. But "money laundering" is just pre crime bullshit that is made to subjugate, not fight crime.

They already lost; any attempts to catch a criminal after that point are just wishful thinking. The bigge...
