Switching up the #fitstr protocol today. I'm transitioning to a Wildman style progressive overload protocol with the club and mace.
Today I added weight to both and still managed a 5x10 on both. I'll add a little more weight next time. I added 5x20 kettlebell swings at the end to keep the training time up since my other rep count was cut in half.
