Just got bit by a #tick, and it’s most likely a deer tick.

I removed as much as I could and followed general cleanup advice such as soap, water, and iodine.

I’ve already started immune-maxing with vitamin C, vitamin D, and raw dairy.

Anyone else have any tips? I’d REALLY like not to get #Lyme.

If you get sick, start by getting this test done to determine what/if an underlying infection is a factor. They check for Lyme using reliable methodology. https://vibrant-wellness.com/tests/infections#tickborne-diseases

Was the tick engorged? Generally, the longer it be suckin the higher risk. If you can get a prescription, 1-3 day doxycycline. Over the counter selenium can help, regular vitamins, water, sun your balls, etc.

200mg of doxycycline is usually given as single dose for Lyme prophylaxis with >36h of attachment of confirmed deer tick in area with known borrelia exposure. Treatment dose for early Lyme disease is doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 10 days.

If you still have the tick you can send it into a lab for testing. I've done this before. Not all deer ticks cary Lyme.
