I have a preference, a philia, for describing things in a way that completely describes the thing in the shortest way possible, i.e,. compressed losslessly. Is there a word for this?

I can't help with that, but I've always liked the term for the love of lengthier verbage. Sesquipedalianism: the practice or habit of using long, obscure, or complex words in speech or writing.
