I spent too much time the other night trying to find healthy instant ramen that's not a rip off. I gave up. Use half the flavour pack to reduce the salt and add veggies is recommended if it's concerning. Either way it's soul food ๐Ÿ˜Š

Forget the ingredients focus on the taste and feel after you ate the meal the ingredients are nothing more than concentrated variations of natural ingredients.
