I just left that ecosystem today, but got a warning a few days ago that if I followed a user, it would nuke my entire list. 🫠 That shit is falling apart. 🤙

try - relayop.xyz - menu > tools > follow list > recover

Since you have primal premium, didn’t see this before. You can go to premium—>manage premium—> contact list backup and restore
