A big "aha!" for me this morning has been that I'm not going out & doing things because I don't have actual comfortable clothes to wear.

Obviously I don't want to leave my house: it's currently physically uncomfortable to do so. I haven't bought any new clothes in a long time because shopping is itself a sensory hell experience.

So online shopping it is.

I feel horrible spending money, but...I haven't bought clothes in a long time, & my body's larger than it used to be. This is necessity.
