How does joining a @Fedi mint with a blacklisted wallet to move those sats, then using a second new wallet later to withdraw those sats work?

Not real techie here, but might that be a workaround to freeing those sats? Also, just having a secure seed phrase in steel, hidden somewhere... They'd have to be real patient to try to track or monitor for years, a rather minor amount, yes?
Always interesting to consider possible angles for me, even if unlikely to ever need. Intellectual stimulation. 🤪🙂
