We've had a lot of memory issues with the older AM5 7950X machine including it not working with high capacity DIMMs. i9-13900K machine had performance crippled by the updates stopping it bricking itself. The oldest 5950X machine predating DDR5 is the only one which hasn't had any significant issues.

had a number of rma with amd in recent years only, ever since 7xxx series of ryzen, never before. always use latest bios update of decent motherboard vendor (asus only here for desktop self assembled)
