Are you writing this because you know of someone scammed by this, or because the words are only 3 to 4 letters??

If it’s the latter than you should realize that the first 4 characters are the only thing that matter in the BIP39. And that this is how the Entropia set looks. Please clarify how you arrived at your conclusion.
