⚡🚨 ALERT - Reddit's boss, Steve Huffman, says the company is considering requiring Face ID to verify humanity and crack down on AI bots.
They are looking at options like:
- Face ID (face scan)

It’s not about human verification. It’s about their centralized approaches and making decisions for people. It’s also putting users at risk by creating a giant honeypot.
Individuals wielding public/private key encryption, not only allows them to determine human from AI, but it also allows them to determine trusted AI from untrusted AI. The best approach is to allow people to build trust one connection at a time. We don’t need their help and we don’t need state regulation.
Quit trying to “save us” with your panopticon. Decentralize or get out of the way. And as users we need to avoid these “conveniences”. You’re only helping to build your cell.
