first month ive hit daily meditations in a lonng time

life feels easily 2x better? opportunities abound, clear head and tools to clear head. most importantly, gratitude. daily dose of tranquilidad

consider trying it out in some form and try to get consistent. for me at least, the daily cadence, even if you only start at 5 - 10 minutes, it becomes a journey unto itself. you not only look forward to that time but completely lose track of it.

Not quite at that level, but retreating into a couple verses of “meditations” each day may be my gateway drug. 🫡🙌
