Awareness about food and consumption is a big step into the right direction.
For example most people drink their daily coffee and forget how much work farmers and their families have and mostly get paid very poorly…
Or the dissonance between our real needs, emotions and how we satisfy us by just eating sweets…
There is so much to talk about and learn to be more conscious, slowing down to really listen to our soul and body 🦋🫂
