Yeah, we just looked up a recipe or two and yolo'd. Been dialing it to preference since. It's super duper easy, and if you were to buy this stuff in stores it would cost you like 8 bucks for what we can make for 2. It's crazy. Makes for way funner meals, and seems healthy too. 10/10 recommend. Fermenting, think kimchi, is on the radar for something to do soon. I think it's slightly more complicated, but probably still super easy.
