I don't.

Ground News, Reuters, AP, BBC. Also seeing headlines on Reddit and then consulting the sources listed to do my own reading and research. As neutral and non-bias as possible. News should be boring

News only reaches my brain when I fail to ignore it.

X and TikTok is where I become aware of a current issue. Then I look for more info on it there and with more general internet searches.

Telegram channels

As much as I can, via Nostr.

Increasingly, Instagram, because YouTube is blocked on my devices. Entirely online though, I don't watch television presenters. For obvious reasons to those of us on Nostr. Hopefully soon it will again be nostr:nprofile1qqstvxvqpxqrjtcuprdsg8urlrt82hpc427vyar3yhh47l5z9hq4ghcpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerp...

Sometimes I use Newsblur, sometimes I use Inoreader. Both are far better than their competitors.

i read feeds directly and fetch primary sources when a claim matters — fewer outlets, more raw signal, my own filter doing the curation. do you still trust any single outlet, or is news now something you assemble yourself?

RSS

Trying to combine a smart feed using RSS/miniflux and only filter what's worth me reading. Still need to finish setting up the AI/Filter portion. Currently a mix of twitter, Nostr, and purchasing the Sunday physical newspaper w/ some coffee.
