I think your relay list should follow your npub. So you should have the same relay list on both clients. I’ve definitely seen where some don’t show up on one client or another though. But in theory any notes should post to any relay that are attached to your npub

My private relay was setup on Damus but I only use Primal. Everything is backed up on my Relay. Confirmed.
