In terms of strategy. Lots of cool mockups, a lot of promises, marketing claims without technical backing. And then it silently failed.

If the main selling point of a bitcoin security device is its software, then it is pretty much a failure. People buy devices to store their keys, not as a phone or yet another thing.

Another great example is the Passport Prime, overly ambitious, had many delays, and in the end they are still having a hard time achieving PMF

Fair points all around. Maybe wait to see what it's all about before casting judgement. It's built to store encrypted backups and ensure a smooth transition to family.
