I am going to implement a simple policy soon:
- You may not scrape Nostr.land without prior coordination to reduce impact* (personal use, bots doing stuff, etc. exempt)
- You may not use Nostr.land data for commercial purposes
- You must use NIP-42 AUTH with an npub identifying your scraper
I prefer per-client blocks than IP, and avoid blocks (only throttle) unless you are guaranteed violating these terms... only if you try to bypass repeatedly then you will get a network block.

Nostr.wine blocks the Nostr.land event cannon for some reason, all I get is 403's.
