What is the effect on the human psyche of becoming convinced that there is always an immediate, easy answer to every question that can be thought of?
Training people to think "I will check the single reliable source that has all the answers for me" seems like a recipe for creating authoritarian followers.
Authoritarian followers don't want to experience uncertainty & run to their "authorities" to avoid discomfort. Teaching people to expect immediate, confident answers from a centralized source to every question may have absolutely disastrous effects.
