I think wine will be fine as long as you make it with heart for the wine-lover, who prefers small over large scall automation. Ai kan be scanning the grapes and removing the bad ones.. While maybe that mix of them moldy ones might give it some soul. The 'off one' in the lot gives it it's flair.
