It's illegal in the UK to use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior that stir up hatred or are intended to cause harassment, alarm or distress based on race, religion or other protected characteristics. Why then are such characters as Nigel Farage, Tommy Robinson and Danny Tommo allowed to openly stir up race riots?
