Indoor light= "Processed food" light.

-Stripped of UV & infrared (IR), enriched in blue light, flicker (from LEDs).

Sunlight = "Whole food" light.
-UV+ full spectrum visible + IR, zero flicker.

Eat whole foods and live in "whole light" if you want to be healthy.

Were there mountain goats at the lookout spot? They ran us off when we were there last year. My kids still tell that story

technically you are correct about indoor vs outdoor light quality but this is more an issue for photography than it is for health IMO

It can also be called light therapy. Get lots of sunlight outside. It doesn’t matter if it’s cloudy. When indoors, avoid artificial light and consider using blue light blocking glasses when working with screens.
