It's a lot worse than that: https://blossom.primal.net/8ae493d28726b3b3d5e3ce41a84f489af03f0d2126cb8f08dc5fb48201606b5c.jpg https://blossom.primal.net/1784804bdcda45c7ecb90bd359a2e9db3f03350e7aa022f2ba66f82e7c17a9f9.jpg

It's fucked

BIP 110 would have done nothing to change the fact that the dollar’s network effect is not dead, and won’t be for a long, long time. The good news is, one can buy a 17 year old asset with a growing network effect, which cannot be debased. That’s awesome. Forks from it are dead ends.

Good job proposing changes that would centralize development around one freak. If you come to the table with dog shit don’t get mad that no one is eating it.

Do #BIP110 people are facing any lack of ideas like “they can adjust network difficulty via special condition”? #SHA-256 shouldn’t be changed.

No one stopped them. They were a loud minority and the network carried on as usual. They thought they could capture #bitcoin by having 20% of nodes

Refusing to define the edges of the canvas usually just means someone else gets to decide the subject. We kept the blockspace open for everything, only to see the narrative shift from sovereign money to an institutional debt bridge.
