But I shouldn't talk, Australia literally has it written in the constitution that the government can make different laws depending on people's ethnicity.
They literally had bounties on Aboriginals up until the 60s, hunting parties.
Aboriginals were only recognised as humans in the 70s, after a referendum. (They made the whole country vote because the government thought that people would vote no and they could use a no vote to justify continuing to deny that Aboriginals are humans.)
