Life lesson: approaching the 20 something grumpy guy who just parked his child-seat-free massive SUV in an IKEA "family spot" and managed to block the doors of a small Toyota Aygo with two child seats, only to shake his hand, look in his eyes & say "I am so sorry for your loss. It's maybe inappropriate but hat happened to your family?".. leads to angry powerless shouting.
