Will be migrating all of my stainless kitchen goods to 18/0, just iron sealed in chromium without any toxic nickel.

Flatware, camp cups, measuring cups, and pots n pans. It's all being replaced.

My grandma lived to 95 and cooked in aluminum or teflon pans all her life. Not saying that’s optimal, but for now my worry is much more on pesticides, herbicides or other elements on the food itself.

Did you try the no nickel stainless pans from Australia? It’s still on my to do list to replace a couple pans with their product.
