Does this news put the Blockstream hardware wallets into question?
That demands a fairly complex answer, but since they use the blind oracle, it's worth thinking through.
My short answer is, I think it is unlikely to pose any attack surface unless there's something really wonky about the blind oracle. And even then, I think if one was using a BIP-39 passphrase, you'd be in pretty decent shape.
