I would recommend an exercise with a philosophy behind it. Then you don't only train your body but simultaneously your mind, your human genius. I do Kung Fu (Wushu Sanda, Tai Chi, ...) but there are many more such as Jiu Jitsu and Yoga. The most important thing is to find a school with a wise master...

If it’s high resistance so you can increase muscle mass. Better longer term health outcomes with greater muscle mass.
